INNF policies for orthopaedics

Introduction

Orthopaedic INNF policies are available on the INNF section of Remedy. These should be considered prior to referral to MSK services such as MATS, CATS or SATS services.

INNF policies

Criteria for referral and need for prior approval should be checked prior to submission of a referral. Referrals that do not meet criteria or are incomplete may be returned by the MSK triage teams.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

Chest Wall Deformity 

Cosmetic Surgery or Treatment 

Dupuytren's contracture 

Foot Treatments and Surgery - includes Bunions, Toe deformity, Morton's neuroma, Plantar fasciitis.

Ganglion

Hip Impingement Surgery

Hip Replacement Surgery.

Knee Arthroscopy

Knee Replacement Surgery

Low Back Pain and Sciatica

Open MRI scanner

Shoulder Impingement Surgery

Spinal Surgical Opinion

Syndactyly Correction (Fingers only) - Toe syndactyly is not funded other than by individual funding request.

Trigger Finger
